What do you love about yoga?
I love how yoga can change your life if you are open to it. Yoga teaches us to live a balanced life in a balanced body. It helps us make space in our lives for the things that are truly important and to be present in those moments. It helps us to become healthier, happier, and to live life to the fullest.
